Join Calm Minds Yoga for back to school breathing and calming techniques that can be used daily and throughout school, yoga poses, games and activities as well as mindfulness arts and crafts. Followed by drinks and snacks in the garden. 
This workshop is ideal for any child who enjoys yoga, games and crafts- or who might be feeling a little anxious about their return to school. 
We will work through breathing techniques in a calm, supportive and fun environment💕. 
 We look forward to welcoming your child into our classes and for them to feel the benefits of yoga and happy, healthy exercise.

 Charity Classes for Young Minds...
I held two family friendly yoga classes, one zoom class and one “in person” class, during the school summer holiday 2021. 
I supported Young Minds when I completed the London marathon in 2016, support for our young people is now needed more than ever. 
Thank you for your support.

Come and join Calm Minds Yoga for a morning of yoga poses, games and activities as well as mindfulness creativity, arts and crafts. Stretch your minds and bodies as well as meeting like minded friends in a calm, relaxed and friendly environment. This workshop is ideal for children who enjoy or would like to try yoga, yoga based games and craft activities.
We will work through yoga sequences and breathing techniques in a calm, supportive and fun environment. We look forward to welcoming your child into our classes and for them to feel the benefits of yoga and happy, healthy exercise for both the mind and body.
All abilities are welcome
